Gain the Policy Edge

  • Citadines on Bourke 131-135 Bourke Street Melbourne, VIC, 3000 Australia (map)
“This course should be mandatory for all employees who aspire to a senior position within government.”
- Kaye Callaghan, Department of Education & Early Childhood Development

IPAA Victoria offers this course because planning and delivering better services depends on having a strong understanding of how policy is developed and implemented across the whole of government.

That’s why our five day, small group, Gain the Policy Edge program equips participants with the skills to contribute to policy development and implementation and to see its connection to the delivery of better services.

It challenges participants to think cleverly about the work they do.

Participants who successfully complete the IPAA Victoria Gain the Policy Edge are eligible to apply for advanced standing for one post graduate level elective subject into any of the La Trobe Business School post graduate courses, subject to meeting course admission requirements
